Plot[]
Max is trying to make friends with Freak. He then invites him over to his grandparents basement in the "down under." Max learns that Freak is a very smart guy then learns more about his father and what happened when he was younger. Fair Gwen comes over and mistakes Max for his father, and she grabs Freak and runs away. Fair Gwen feels bad for hurting Max's feelings so she invites him over for dinner and apologizes. Max was upset that she had misktaken him for a Killer Kane, but then cools down and accepts her apology.

Fair Gwen- Fair Gwen could not find Kevin, (Freak) she only saw his wagon. She was frightend when Max came up and Freak was with him. She was frightend because Max looked like his dad and it scared her to see him. Fair Gwen was good friends with Max's mother, they were both pregnant with Max and Freak at the same time. She felt bad that she was scared and ran so she invited Max over for dinner. Max had a great time. We found out at the end of the chapter, that Max was so happy about having a new friend, that he started to cry.
Freak- Freak isn't really the "crying" type, so that was very unusual.
